We specialize in design/build, restoration and repair, waterproofing and finishes, chemical automation, and facility management for commercial pools. ---------------------------------------- LOCATION Burlington, ON – On-site (407 & Appleby) No remote work ---------------------------------------- POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a Revit / AutoCAD Designer to join our Design Division. You will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models for commercial aquatic facility projects, working closely with project managers and the design team throughout design and construction. This role is best suited to someone with strong technical drafting ability, attention to detail, and solid hands-on Revit experience in a professional environment. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Produce Revit models (2D/3D) for commercial pool and facility projects * Assist with AutoCAD drafting, revisions, and as-built updates * Update drawings based on redlines and markups * Prepare drawing sets for permit, tender, and construction * Maintain accurate and organized drawing files * Coordinate drawing revisions with project managers and team members ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING * Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or related field * 1–3+ years of professional, hands-on Revit experience (required) * AutoCAD (2D drafting and revisions) experience * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work within structured drafting standards and workflows * Strong communication and team-oriented approach * Comfortable working full-time on-site ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER * Stable, long-standing company with consistent project work * Unique commercial aquatic facility projects across Ontario * Modern Burlington office environment * Training and development in Revit and construction documentation * Ongoing technical training provided, including mechanical and chemical certification (required for continued employment) * Supportive team culture and company events * Casual dress * Benefits after 3-month probation ---------------------------------------- POSITION DETAILS * Full-time, permanent * Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm * On-site role only (Burlington, ON)

What you’ll do

Produce accurate 2D and 3D Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for commercial aquatic facility projects. Coordinate with project managers to prepare drawing sets for permits, tenders, and construction.

Requirements

Requires a diploma or degree in Engineering or Architectural Technology and 1-3+ years of professional Revit experience. Must be able to work full-time on-site in Burlington, ON.
