Benefits Free uniforms Health insurance Dental insurance Evening Janitorial We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton Shifts Shift times would be consistent once hired, generally Monday through Friday starting after 5pm and Sunday’s starting around 12pm. Depending on the site selected for all days may not be required. The Successful Candidates Are Required To Have The Following Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite. Reliability is key to being the successful candidate. Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary. Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required. Able to work independently & around people Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required. Able to take direction well, and able to work independently. Able to communicate in English both verbally and written. Be able to work various locations throughout the city Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames Have an eye for detail cleaning Job Duties Would Include But Not Limited To. Building Cleaning. Sweeping/Mopping Disinfecting touch points Vacuuming Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms Dusting General cleaning duties Garbage removal This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc. And more as directed by supervisors. Requirements

They must communicate in English, be willing to provide a police background check and complete security clearances, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks; janitorial experience is an asset but not required.
