Benefits: Free uniforms Health insurance Vision insurance Competitive salary Part Time Cleaning We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton. Shifts Wednesday’s – 7:00pm – 12:30am Sunday’s – 3:00pm – 8:30pm (an additional 4 hrs could be added to this prior to for the right applicant) 11 hours per week Potential to add more hours The successful candidates are required to have the following: - Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite. - Reliability is key to being the successful candidate. - Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary. - Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required. - Able to work independently & around people - Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required. - Able to take direction well, and able to work independently. - Able to communicate in English both verbally and written. - Be able to work various locations throughout the city - Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames - Have an eye for detail cleaning Job Duties would include but not limited to. Building Cleaning. - Sweeping/Mopping - Disinfecting touch points - Vacuuming - Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms - Dusting - General cleaning duties - Garbage removal - This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc. - And more as directed by supervisors. - Helping co-workers To apply; please reply to this ad with your resume
