You'll work closely with our Project Managers, field teams, customers, and partners to help ensure projects run smoothly and customers feel informed throughout the restoration process. This is more than an administrative role. You'll play an important part in helping our team deliver exceptional service while supporting customers during a difficult time. What You'll Do Support Project Managers in coordinating restoration projects from start to finish. Communicate with customers, insurance partners, subcontractors, and team members. Help keep schedules, job files, and project documentation organized and up to date. Monitor project progress and help ensure important information is communicated to the right people. Assist with customer updates and help create a positive customer experience. Support compliance, reporting, and administrative requirements throughout the life of a project. Help identify potential issues and ensure they are brought forward for resolution. Work closely with multiple departments to keep projects moving efficiently. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-through and a commitment to getting things done. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Experience in administration, customer service, coordination, construction, restoration, insurance, or project support roles.
