Reporting to the Manager Wealth Support for our Red Deer/Central district our receptionist acts as the first line of support as members visit our wealth office located on the main floor of our Parkland Square Building. Our receptionist provides exceptional front desk support and supports the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the office. This position is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming experience, managing communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. What You'll be Doing: Provide general administrative support to the team as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations. * Telephone Management * Client and Visitor Reception * Email Correspondence * Meeting Coordination * Document and Tax package Preparation * Records Management * Reporting and Data Entry * Supply management, and Mail handling What you Bring: Experience: * Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred * Experience working within a financial institution would be considered an asset * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) * High attention to detail and accuracy * Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills * Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Education: All applicants must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma minimum.
