The Registry Agent is accountable for assessing member and client needs and manipulating databases in order to process over 160 products in the areas of motor vehicles, vital statistics, land titles, personal property and corporate registry on behalf of their employers and Service Alberta. The Registry Agent plays an integral role in the delivery of superior personalized service to our members. As the first point of contact you strive to fulfill the role of brand ambassador by making members and clients feel at home. You engage our member and client through effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills and by exceeding expectations. You build relationships by asking probing questions with the objective of satisfying member and client needs.
