Responsibilities: Delegating labourers to specific tasks Taking the lead on specific labourer related tasks to ensure an efficient workflow Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials Move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas Operate hand and power tools Clean up rubble and debris on a regular basis to ensure a safe and well maintained construction site Move and level earth using shovels and rakes Clean, lubricate, and refill tanks as instructed Practice work place safety at all time Perform other duties as required Requirements: Demonstrated ability to lead labourers, as well as follow direction as required Previous experience in a related position Positive can-do attitude Willing and able to easily follow direction Able to lift 50lbs Willing and able to work long hours in a fast-pace, physical environment What we offer: Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward.
