We're looking for a Quality Control Foreman to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Reporting to the Regional Quality Supervisor, the Quality Control (QC) Foreman is responsible for conducting quality control inspections, identifying issues, and communicating deficiencies with site staff. With good attention to detail, the role inspects all aspects of each new construction build within the assigned region. The Quality Control Foreman communicates regularly with the head office Quality Control Supervisor and Construction Management regarding inspection schedules and results. Your contributions to the team: Perform and maintain construction inspections and schedules Produce deficiency reports and follow up with sites and the company to ensure a smooth turnover to Asset Management Analyze and ensure the execution of the work is being performed up to quality standards Maintain inspection plans and communicate changes to Construction Superintendent, and Regional Quality Supervisor Create and update reports for, but not limited to, QC and Construction Management Troubleshoot product issues and product installation procedures Maintain professional work standards and behavioral expectations Uphold the job-related safety regulations, policies and procedures Participate in safety/ training/ incidents investigations and reviews when required What you need to be successful: Experience in residential construction industry in a relevant trade Moderate ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural schematics, and other construction drawings Some knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer-related peripherals Organized, flexible and work effectively in a fast-paced environment What we offer: Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward. Requirements
