Manage the end-to-end packaging artwork project lifecycle, coordinating timelines, budgets, approvals, artwork production, and prepress activities with clients and internal teams. Maintain quality and client satisfaction, resolve production issues, manage workflow processes, and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
