Previous management experience is an asset, as well as any other Alzheimer’s or Dementia training courses are considered an asset

What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires Journeyman Cook papers from an accredited institution, a current recognized Advanced Food Safety certificate, at least 5–7 years of chef experience, and at least two years in a food services leadership role. Candidates must have volume food preparation experience in hospitality or long-term care and obtain the required criminal record and, where applicable, vulnerable sector checks; management experience and Alzheimer’s or dementia training are assets.
