Scope of work: Hardware swaps (monitors, laptops, cell phones) Network troubleshooting Moving/relocating access points Printer troubleshooting General desk-side support and issue investigation The volume is low and on-demand, but we are fairly flexible. During this period, you'll be assigned ticket-based, on-demand work whenever service requests are raised at the site. On average, there are 15–20 tickets per month at the same site, so there is a good possibility of receiving regular assignments throughout the contract period.

Perform hardware swaps for monitors, laptops, and cell phones while providing general desk-side support and issue investigation. Manage network troubleshooting and the relocation of access points and printers.

The role requires a technician capable of handling on-demand, ticket-based service requests. Candidates must be able to work on a 12-month contract basis at the specified site.
