Legacy Equipment Handling (40–50% sites) Remove old WLCs, label, pack, and prepare for return shipment. Deployment Scope Initial pace: 1 site per day for small/medium sites; weekends for large sites. Tools / Material Readiness Engineers should have console cable, hotspot, label maker, rack screws, and be prepared with/verify required SFP modules, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet patch cords per site. Additional Recruitment Note: Prefer engineers with network implementation / cabling / smart hands background who can handle both installation and physical connectivity verification. What you’ll do
The Network Specialist will provide onsite support for network equipment installation and configuration, including the installation of Cisco 9800 WLCs. They will also handle legacy equipment removal and assist the remote team during cutover.
