Job details
Growth Marketing & Operations We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Growth Marketing & Operations Lead to own the systems, funnels, experiments, and channels that drive customer acquisition and retention across our consumer businesses. This is not a traditional brand marketing or strategy role. We want someone who knows how to actually make growth happen: launch campaigns, build funnels, set up tracking, identify where users are dropping off, run experiments, automate lifecycle marketing, and continuously double down on what works. You should have enough prior experience that you aren’t figuring out the basics for the first time. You know what a strong acquisition funnel looks like, understand the major growth channels, and can move quickly from idea → implementation → data → iteration. What You'll Own Build, launch, and optimize paid and organic acquisition funnels. Run user acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, affiliates, influencers, communities, and emerging channels. Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback periods, retention, conversion rates, and other core growth metrics. Identify where funnels are breaking and work directly with product, engineering, design, and creative teams to fix them. Build lifecycle and CRM automations including onboarding, abandoned funnels, activation, retention, winback, and re-engagement campaigns. Use tools such as Zapier/Make, CRMs, analytics platforms, affiliate platforms, pixels, APIs, and webhooks to automate marketing operations. Own attribution and ensure we can accurately understand where users and revenue are coming from. Develop and continuously test landing pages, offers, messaging, creatives, onboarding flows, and promotions. Build an experimentation pipeline and regularly run A/B tests across the entire customer journey. Manage marketing budgets and dynamically allocate spend toward the highest-performing channels. Integrate and manage affiliate, influencer, and distribution partners. Brief designers, editors, creators, and other team members on the assets needed to support growth experiments. Build simple dashboards and reporting that clearly show what is working, what isn't, and what we should test next. Find unconventional growth opportunities and distribution channels that competitors may be overlooking. What We're Looking For Strong B2C user acquisition experience. Hands-on experience launching and managing paid acquisition campaigns. Experience building both paid and organic acquisition funnels. Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, cohorts, and funnel conversion. Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing automation. Comfortable with attribution, analytics, pixels, tracking events, UTMs, and marketing technology. Experience integrating affiliate partners and other third-party acquisition channels. Strong understanding of conversion-rate optimization and experimentation. Able to diagnose a problem from the data and then actually coordinate or implement the solution. Comfortable managing meaningful marketing budgets. Extremely high bias toward action. Resourceful and willing to test ideas quickly rather than over-planning them. Able to operate independently with very little hand-holding. The Type of Person Who Will Do Well Here You're someone who looks at a funnel and immediately starts asking: Why aren't more people clicking? Why are they registering but not purchasing? Which source produces our highest-LTV customers? What happens if we change the offer? Why aren't we retargeting these users? Could affiliates, Reddit, creators, SEO, communities, or another channel work here? What can we launch this week to find out? You don't need a large team or months of planning to start making progress. You know how growth works, you move quickly, and you use data to decide what to do next. The goal is simple: find scalable acquisition channels, improve conversion throughout the funnel, increase customer value, and build the systems that allow us to continuously grow.
