Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role based in Shelburne, ON. The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage treatments to support pain management, injury recovery, and overall wellness, in coordination with physiotherapists and other practitioners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical notes, and educating clients on self-care, stress management, and injury prevention. The role involves delivering professional, client-centered care, managing appointment schedules, and contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive clinic environment. The therapist will also collaborate with the broader care team to ensure integrated, high-quality services for all clients. Qualifications Strong therapeutic skills, including Therapeutic Massage, Body Massage, and familiarity with Shiatsu techniques. Ability to support client wellbeing through Stress Management strategies and wellness education. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. Current registration or license as a Massage Therapist in Ontario and eligibility for professional liability insurance. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and ongoing professional development.
