We are currently recruiting for reliable and hard working individuals to work on our rubber paving crews this summer. About The Job No previous Rubber Paving experience is required as we provide all required installation training. Past paving or construction experience or other relevant experience is considered an asset. Previous experience in rubber paving is a strong asset! Our Ideal Candidates are safety focused are available to work full-time hours for the entire paving season enjoy working outdoors doing physical work pride themselves on the quality of the work they produce enjoy working as part of a team Shercom Industries thanks all who apply but only those selected for interviews will be contacted. Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Additional Pay Overtime pay Schedule 10 hour shift ‍

Requirements

Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, safety-focused, and available for full-time work throughout the paving season. Previous rubber paving experience is an asset, while paving, construction, or other relevant experience is also beneficial; installation training is provided.
