The role also requires participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events to support ongoing performance and customer engagement. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers, explain vehicle features, and collaborate with team members. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide supportive, solution-focused assistance throughout the buying process. Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, present options effectively, negotiate terms within guidelines, and close sales ethically. Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills to support continuous learning, follow dealership sales processes, and contribute to team performance goals. Additional beneficial qualifications include previous experience in automotive or retail sales, comfort working with CRM or dealership management systems, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
