Start Date: Immediate Opening We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas—Real Estate, Estates, Wills & POA’s and Corporate Law—depending on your qualifications and experience. You will provide comprehensive support to all lawyers in the firm. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents and correspondence • Assist with real estate transactions, including title searches and closing documentation • Support estate planning and administration processes • Coordinate corporate filings, minute books, and compliance documentation • Maintain client files and manage deadlines • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize case materials • Perform general administrative duties as needed Qualifications • Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and collaboratively What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Supportive and collegial work environment • Access to diverse legal work and mentorship Ready to apply?
