We advocate for mental and physical health services through in-house service teams and partnerships with community-based agencies. The supervisor is responsible for managing staff, overseeing intake processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for clients in mental health and addiction crises. They also handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, performance reviews, and maintaining statistical records to meet agency standards.

The student will provide front-line support to shelter clients by facilitating housing strategies and conducting motivational interviewing. They are responsible for creating individualized housing plans and connecting guests to community housing programs.

The Manager oversees daily operations and staff for short-stay crisis support programs in a 24/7 residential environment. They are responsible for ensuring service quality, managing performance, and fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

The student will provide case management, life skill programming, and counselling support to residents in a transitional housing program. They will also assist in coordinating support services and maintaining accurate documentation according to agency standards.

The Relief Worker provides back-up support, counseling, and crisis intervention to clients experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges in an emergency shelter setting. They assist clients with daily living activities, medication observation, and the development of community supports to foster independence.

The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial and Corporate Services Officer and the Chief Health and Housing Services Officer. They also act as a liaison for the Board of Directors, managing meeting logistics, record keeping, and compliance with organizational bylaws.

The Community Mental Health Counsellor provides strengths-based case management to support clients in achieving housing stability and independence. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing recovery plans, and providing crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team.
