They also handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, performance reviews, and maintaining statistical records to meet agency standards.

Student Placement Front Line

The student will provide front-line support to shelter clients by facilitating housing strategies and conducting motivational interviewing. They are responsible for creating individualized housing plans and connecting guests to community housing programs.

Manager, Short Stay Crisis Support

The Manager oversees daily operations and staff for short-stay crisis support programs in a 24/7 residential environment. They are responsible for ensuring service quality, managing performance, and fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Student Placement Front Line

The student will provide case management, life skill programming, and counselling support to residents in a transitional housing program. They will also assist in coordinating support services and maintaining accurate documentation according to agency standards.

Relief Worker KW
