As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team and support our Operations department by analyzing logistics, billing, and shipment data. This role will help improve accuracy, identify opportunities for cost recovery, and support better decision-making through data. Job Descriptions Review and analyze logistics and billing-related data. Review freight invoices and compare actual charges against approved quotes and rates. Analyze incoming and outgoing shipment records. Identify billing discrepancies, incorrect charges, and missed credits. Review transportation, warehouse, and operational data to identify trends and improvements. Assist with shipping claims, credit recovery, and carrier follow-ups. Maintain accurate records using our internal technology platforms. Create reports and summaries to support operational decisions. Work closely with Operations, Freight, and Warehouse teams. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and data. Comfortable analyzing large amounts of information and identifying discrepancies. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced logistics technology environment. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be considered an asset: Previous experience working at a 3PL (third-party logistics) company. Previous experience working at a customs brokerage firm or in customs clearance operations. Experience reviewing freight invoices, carrier charges, or logistics billing. Experience analyzing shipment data, transportation costs, or operational reports. Understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. What you’ll do

The role involves analyzing logistics and billing data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for cost recovery. The analyst will review freight invoices, track shipment records, and create reports to support operational decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates should be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with a strong ability to analyze large datasets and identify errors. Experience in 3PL, customs brokerage, or international shipping is considered a significant asset.
