Comptabiliser avec exactitude l’argent et les bons-rabais, les billets de loterie et les points PC Optimum. Demander la carte PC Optimum des clients à chaque transaction. MARCHANDISAGE : S’assurer que la documentation adéquate est remplie en ce qui a trait aux reçus des clients et au retour des marchandises. Marchandiser et garder en ordre les lieux désignés (p. ex., produits de façade, affiches, étiquettes, etc.). PRÉVENTION DES PERTES : Veiller au respect des normes de prévention des pertes. Contrôler l’argent, les billets de loterie et les stocks de timbres. GÉNÉRAL : Présenter au public une image adéquate et conforme à la politique en matière d’uniformes et aux lignes directrices du code vestimentaire. Se conformer à toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité. Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures du magasin. S’assurer que les normes de nettoyage et d’image sont maintenues. S’acquitter d’autres tâches au besoin. COMPÉTENCES : Planification, jugement et prise de décision. Assurer l’équilibre entre le travail d’équipe et l’efficacité lors du traitement des commandes des clients. Faire preuve d’organisation et de propreté. Traiter efficacement la commande du client. EXPÉRIENCE : Détenir une solide expérience avec les ordinateurs et la caisse. Faire preuve d’une bonne organisation et de capacité à tenir des dossiers. Minutie.
