Manage projects from the bidding phase through completion, overseeing contracts, budgets, cash flow, invoicing, schedules, and change orders. Coordinate internal departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site activities while resolving execution issues and ensuring technical and regulatory compliance through commissioning.
