The intern will assist the project manager with production improvement projects, equipment integration, and workplace health and safety activities. They will also utilize LEAN methodologies to optimize production processes and create technical drawings for manufacturing.

The System Design Specialist will provide technical expertise and creative lighting solutions to support sales throughout the design process. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and maintain a competitive product portfolio.

The intern will create detailed manufacturing drawings, tooling designs, and factory layouts while maintaining bills of materials. Additionally, they will conduct time and motion studies to identify continuous improvement opportunities and support quality best practices.

The production worker will assemble, wire, inspect, test, and package lighting fixtures using assembly line or workbench processes. They are also responsible for performing quality checks and following technical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
