We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to ensure daily activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing information, and communicating with internal teams and external contacts. Responsibilities Provide general administrative and operational support to the team. Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments. Organize and maintain digital files, documents, records, and databases. Prepare, format, and update documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Respond to emails, messages, and routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate meetings, calls, and other team activities. Assist with data entry, document processing, and maintaining accurate records. Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Coordinate information and requests between internal teams and external contacts. Assist with travel arrangements, expenses, invoices, or other administrative tasks when required. Maintain confidentiality when handling company and business information. Identify administrative issues and help implement efficient solutions. Support managers and team members with day-to-day administrative needs. Follow company procedures and maintain organized and accurate administrative processes. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, document management systems, and other digital tools. Strong data entry and document management skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Requirements Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role. Experience managing schedules, documents, emails, and administrative tasks. Strong computer and digital skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work. Professional, proactive, organized, and dependable attitude. English proficiency is required if the position involves communicating with English-speaking clients, managers, or teams.
