We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Care Representative to support customers throughout their experience with the company. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions and concerns. Assist customers with requests, account-related questions, orders, services, or general issues. Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests. Follow company policies, procedures, and customer care standards. Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate relevant feedback to internal teams. Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach in every customer interaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Requirements Previous experience in customer care, customer service, customer support, call center, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality. Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work. Professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
