We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and build a consistent pipeline of business opportunities. The ideal candidate is skilled in prospect research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and data management, with strong communication skills and a strong focus on achieving measurable results. Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on defined customer profiles and sales criteria. Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, online research, and other channels. Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, business requirements, interest, and potential fit. Conduct initial outreach and engage prospects in meaningful conversations. Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organizations. Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system. Track lead generation activities, outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline contribution. Follow up consistently with prospects to increase engagement and conversion. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality, prospect responses, market trends, and common objections. Meet or exceed lead-generation, qualification, and activity targets. Continuously test and improve outreach methods, messaging, and prospecting strategies. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong prospect research and lead-generation abilities. Strong lead qualification and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to identify relevant decision-makers and business opportunities. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach. Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email, lead-generation platforms, spreadsheets, and other digital tools. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward measurable targets. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity. Requirements Previous experience in lead generation, business development, sales development, inside sales, appointment setting, or a similar role. Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Experience researching companies, contacts, and potential customers. Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate prospect data. Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity or lead-generation targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work. Professional, proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
