Ensure the proper operation of manufacturing cells for injection-molded parts, and develop, improve, document, and control production processes while meeting customer requirements and cost targets. Support new product launches, investigate process and quality issues, collaborate on capability studies, and train tool setters and machine setup technicians.

Review and provide technical support for approval of 2D and 3D tool designs, and help resolve issues during the manufacture of new plastic injection molds. Coordinate tool commissioning and trial production, arrange modifications following capability checks, and continuously improve and optimize tools based on measurement reports.

Maintain the operating condition of production machines and their supporting equipment, including performing preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery, robots, and testing equipment. Participate in equipment installation and commissioning, and document completed work.
