Candidates must hold a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification and have at least two years of relevant maintenance experience. Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints, along with mechanical aptitude in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, is required.
