Lead the full lifecycle delivery of geospatial solutions and oversee the administration, configuration, and evolution of the ArcGIS Enterprise Portal for government users. Consult with public-sector stakeholders, develop and configure solutions, deliver training, and identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to geospatial workflows.

Lead industry development through manpower and technology roadmapping, capability enhancement programmes, and strategic collaboration with agencies, consultants, and industry partners. Coordinate industry engagement and professional development, manage performance tracking and stakeholder relationships, and support technology transformation through assessments, funding proposals, and knowledge exchange.

Lead SLA’s data governance team and oversee its workplan, policies, standards, and practices across the data lifecycle. Coordinate data incident response and work with internal stakeholders to embed governance controls and build data literacy, stewardship, and security awareness.
