Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – SAP Payroll Location: Canada Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in SAP Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of SAP Payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for SAP Payroll. Analyse payroll processes and recommend system improvements. Work with business users, developers, and functional teams to deliver solutions. Support system testing, UAT, and issue resolution. Create functional documentation and process flows. Ensure SAP Payroll solutions meet business and compliance requirements. Required Skills: Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with SAP Payroll. Strong understanding of payroll processes and SAP HCM/Payroll. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
