Job details
Before any Skrypt Health AI receptionist goes live for a real clinic, someone has to actually call it: follow a real script, push the edge cases, and catch anything that sounds off before a patient does. That's you. What you'll do • Make assigned test calls each week to our AI receptionists using the scripts we give you • Report exactly what the AI said, what it got right, and anything that broke or sounded awkward • Test real scenarios: booking, refills, cancellations, emergency routing • Your notes go straight to the team building the agent — your feedback literally becomes how it speaks to the next caller Who it suits • High-school students comfortable on the phone and good at following detailed instructions • Detail-oriented, reliable, curious about healthcare or health tech (no experience needed) The setup • Fully remote, short sessions that fit around school • Paid work, assigned in weekly rounds (details shared when you apply) • Your feedback becomes how ai talks to the next patient • All calls run on dedicated test lines, never real patient lines Apply through the Skrypt Health page on LinkedIn or Indeed.
