What You'll Be Doing As our Procurement Lead, you'll take ownership of our procurement function and help shape how materials, equipment, and services flow through the organization. You'll be: ✅ Leading purchasing activities that support operations and project delivery ✅ Developing smarter procurement processes and systems ✅ Negotiating supplier agreements and commercial terms ✅ Building strong, long-term supplier partnerships ✅ Identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and reliability ✅ Supporting inventory planning and long-lead procurement strategies ✅ Tracking procurement performance and driving continuous improvement ✅ Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Inventory, Production, and Project Management teams to solve challenges and create efficiencies This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing the big picture with the details that keep a business moving. Who You Are You're a natural relationship builder who can negotiate confidently, influence effectively, and make data-driven decisions. You likely bring: 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience Experience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, energy, or project-based environments A strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements Confidence working with ERP/MRP systems and procurement data A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo Bonus points if you have post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or an SCMP/CPSM designation.
