We focus on excellence and are committed to support and develop our teams! The Aircraft Detailer is responsible for the thorough cleaning and detailing of aircraft interiors and exteriors. This includes washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing surfaces to meet customer specifications and maintain a high standard of appearance. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in varying environmental conditions. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and polish aircraft exteriors and interiors to maintain a pristine appearance. Remove dirt, grease, and debris from aircraft surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and techniques. Apply polishes, waxes, and protective coatings to aircraft surfaces. Buff and polish surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish. Apply decals and striping as required. Inspect aircraft for damage and report findings to supervisors. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies in a clean and orderly manner. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license. Aviation experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer literacy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Being mechanically inclined is considered an asset. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use ladders. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
