Job summary

President TurboMist Department: Executive Reports to: Decisive Dividend Corporation Location: Open – North America The Opportunity: TurboMist is entering its next stage of growth. The foundation for scaling has been built; the opportunity now is to accelerate geographic expansion, strengthen the team, and grow a respected agricultural equipment brand into a broader specialty-ag platform. The President will lead the business with the backing of Decisive Dividend Corporation, providing access to capital, shared resources, and long-term support. This is a true business leadership role with full P&L responsibility and the authority to shape the organization required for success. The mandates are: Drive profitable growth across new geographies through dealer and distributor channels. Develop the existing team and add leadership capability where required to support scale. Build and execute the vision and strategy for TurboMist as a specialty agricultural equipment business. Expand the product portfolio through internal R&D and complementary third-party distribution partnerships. Lead a flexible operating model in which manufacturing is increasingly completed through qualified third-party partners. Maintain strong financial discipline across forecasting, budgeting, pricing, margins, inventory, working capital, and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Own the full P&L and translate strategy into clear operating priorities, measurable plans, and accountable execution. Lead the team responsible for geographic expansion and dealer development while remaining directly involved in key relationships, negotiations, and market-entry decisions. Own strategic manufacturing partnerships, including partner selection, commercial terms, cost, quality, delivery, and long-term performance. Set product strategy and R&D priorities with engineering leadership, ensuring innovation remains customer-led and commercially relevant. Assess, retain, develop, restructure, and add to the leadership team as required; design the organization and roles needed for growth. Ensure delegated functions including parts, warranty, customer support, and operations perform to clear standards through strong leadership and accountability. Build trusted relationships with dealers, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners across North America and international markets. Experience and Capabilities: Proven success growing a regional business into multiple geographies, ideally through dealer or distributor networks. Experience in a professionally managed business of approximately $25 million or more, with multiple product lines and increasing organizational complexity. Agricultural machinery experience is strongly preferred; adjacent equipment-sector experience may be considered where international channel growth is highly relevant. Meaningful exposure to both sales and engineering, with the ability to connect customer needs, dealer feedback, technical development, pricing, and commercial execution. Strong practical understanding of financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, costing, margin management, pricing, inventory, working capital, and resource allocation. Experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners is preferred. Demonstrated experience is more important than formal credentials. Prior full P&L ownership is helpful but not essential if the candidate has strong financial judgment and operating maturity. Leadership Profile The ideal President is primarily strategic but knows when to become involved in the details. At the current scale, they must exercise judgment about which activities require direct attention and which should be led by the team. As the business grows, they must build capability, delegate authority, and move increasingly toward a strategy-led role. Externally oriented and energized by working with people. A disciplined, detailed, and consistent communicator, particularly with a geographically dispersed team. Decision oriented and capable of acting with imperfect information when delay creates greater risk than action. Resilient and patient, with the persistence to build markets, dealer confidence, and long-term relationships. A servant leader who creates clarity, removes obstacles, develops people, and earns credibility through involvement Known externally as a trusted advisor who understands the customer, communicates honestly, and follows through. What Success Looks Like TurboMist grows profitably across new markets, supported by a stronger dealer network, an increasingly capable leadership team, disciplined financial management, a broader product portfolio, and manufacturing partnerships that provide flexibility without surrendering control of quality, process, or intellectual property. Location and Reporting The role may be based anywhere in North America, with regular travel to Penticton, dealer markets, manufacturing partners, and key customers. The President reports to the leadership of Decisive Dividend Corporation. Major capital investments remain subject to DDC approval.
