Job summary
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to help oversee the workflows that support our customers from onboarding onward. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping customers successful, coordinating across teams, improving processes, and making sure issues and commitments don’t fall through the cracks. This is not an executive or strategy-only position. What You’ll Do Coordinate the customer journey from onboarding and training through ongoing support and retention.
