Basic Qualifications for Consideration Candidates must meet ALL of these to be considered Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent working experience. 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on high performance distributed application development. Proficiency in Java CC Python JavaScript Nodejs Proficient with git GitHub copilot CICD pipeline Master secure coding principles and common patterns of vulnerabilities Deep understanding of Linux internals including processes threads memory management file systems networking signals IPC mechanisms and performance diagnostics Comfortable troubleshooting production issues using native Linux tools. Demonstrated ability to effectively incorporate AI assisted development workflows while maintaining strong engineering judgement code review disciplines security awareness and software quality standards Practices test first development and treat automated testing as a core engineering discipline other than an afterthought Deep understanding of RESTful HTTP JSON to construct systems composed of distributed components Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL databases and ORMs Master cryptography basics TLSv13 knowledge of postquantum algorithms Experience in authentication authorization standards like OAuth 20 and JWT Experience in Web development with a relevant framework Spring, Spring Boot, Apache, Tomcat and a frontend framework React Angular Strong problem solving analytical thinking always ready to collaborate self driven detail oriented effective oral and written communication ability to keep documentation clear concise comprehensive and up to date. Preferred Nice to Have Knowledge in containerization and common cloud platforms eg AWS GCP Comfortable working with OpenSSL and troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark Practical experience in diagrams as code type of tools eg Plant UML Mermaid etc Knowledgeable in PCIDSS PCISSF standards Mandatory Skills: Java Good to Have Skills: Docker, Microservices
