Job Title: Mainframe Developer AI/GenAI Exp Location: Mississauga, ON Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting mainframe applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and perform impact analysis. Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications. Work on batch and online applications. Create and maintain batch jobs, procedures, and utilities. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects. Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders. Support application releases and post-production activities. Prepare technical and support documentation. Required Skills Strong experience in IBM Mainframe / zOS environments. Experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM. Experience in application development, enhancement, and production support. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and release processes. Experience with TSO/ISPF. Mandatory Skills Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM
