Role: Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Remote, Canada Duration: Fulltime Job Description: Job Description: The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design development and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions "This role acts as the senior most technical expert on Salesforce projects over seeing developers enforcing coding best practices guiding architectural decisions and ensuring high quality implementations across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications" Roles and Responsibilities "Drive the architectural strategy and vision for complex enterprise solutions within the Technical Architecture family Develop and maintain architectural frameworks and governance to ensure consistency across projects Conduct architectural reviews and provide expert guidance to development teams Facilitate communication between stakeholders including business development and operations teams Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to architectural decisions Lead innovation initiatives by exploring new architectural styles and patterns Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural issues Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing" Key Responsibilities 1 Technical Leadership Delivery Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring solutions meet performance scalability and security standards Oversee and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators providing guidance on Apex Lightning Web Components LWC integrations and CICD Review solution designs and technical specifications before development begins Own the technical backlog and coordinate with project managers and product owners to align technical priorities 2 Solution Design Development Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications solution designs and data models Develop high quality reusable components using Apex classes triggers batch jobs Lightning Web Components LWC Flows automation tools SOQLSOSL queries Design secure and scalable sharing models permission sets and roles 3 Integration Ownership Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST SOAP APIs Middleware MuleSoft Boomi Jitterbit or similar Event driven patterns Platform Events Streaming API Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize performance 4 Governance Best Practices Establish enforce and evangelize Salesforce development best practices coding standards and DevOps processes Conduct code reviews unit testing and technical QA Ensure compliance with org limits governor limits and Salesforce security guidelines Manage and optimize CICD pipelines Gearset Copado Jenkins Gitbased workflows 5 Cross Functional Collaboration Work with architects analysts and business stakeholders to validate feasibility of requirements Convert functional requirements into technical tasks for the development team Support UAT cycles resolve defects and facilitate knowledge transfer Required Qualifications Experience 10 - 15 years of experience working with Salesforce Hands on experience with enterprise level Salesforce implementations Technical Skills Expertise in Apex classes triggers asynchronous operations Lightning Web Components LWC SOQLSOSL Flows and automation Strong command of integration technologies RESTSOAP middleware eventdriven architecture Strong understanding of Salesforce security model Sharing architecture Governor limits performance tuning CICD and DevOps Experience with Sales Service or Experience Cloud Skills Mandatory Skills : Application Rearchitecting, Architectural diagrams, Architecture Assessment, Architecture Patterns and Styles, Architecture Principle Design, Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method, Architecture Views and ViewPoint Design, Capacity Planning, Compliance Evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis Method, Estimation, Migration Planning, SOA and Microservices Based Architecture, Solution Frameworks & Accelerators, Solutioning NFRs, TCO Evaluation, Transformation Skills Mandatory Skills : Aura, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Requires 10-15 years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and integration technologies. Candidates must be proficient in architectural patterns, DevOps processes, and the Salesforce security model.
