The Role We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee our development lifecycles and business operations. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered with excellence and efficiency. This position offers an interesting variety of tasks across multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain robust organizational systems to streamline internal workflows and project tracking. Coordinate and execute company marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Support the sales lifecycle by assisting with client discovery, proposal development, and relationship management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Proven ability to be a strong self-starter with the discipline to manage multiple priorities independently. Exceptional communication skills with comfort working in a professional, customer-facing environment. Currently residing in Nova Scotia, Canada. Preferred Skills Prior experience in software development environments or technical project management. Demonstrated expertise in technical sales or account management. Experience creating professional marketing content and digital assets. Compensation 4 weeks vacation $50-60k per year + profit tied bonus Work from home
