Supervisor - part-time Vaughan Mills Mall and surrounding areas $20 - $23 / hour CAD Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week Availability to work on weekends may be needed. This position is not eligible for relocation. Must be eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship. BASIC FUNCTION The part-time supervisor will be responsible for work at Vaughan Mills, including support of fitness locations, equipment to be maintained will include strollers, carts, massage chairs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with other employees and those at service locations. * Practice safe work processes; assuring safety of visitors and employees. * Perform duties in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner. * Inspect and perform maintenance on equipment. * Complete and submit all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner. * Other duties as assigned by management. EXPERIENCE * Minimum 3 years in a customer service role. * 3 years of field-based product support experience (route) is preferred. EDUCATION * High school diploma or equivalent required QUALIFICATIONS * Computer & mechanical aptitude * Excellent communication & customer service skills CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES * Valid Driver license required PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS * Lift 40 lbs. to waist height * Walk and stand for 8 hours
