Responsibilities Tasks Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

The store manager will direct and control daily operations, evaluate and plan daily activities, and manage staff assignments. They will also resolve issues related to customer requests and complaints, and oversee the recruitment and supervision of staff.

Candidates should have a college diploma or equivalent experience, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong management and organizational skills.
