Job summary
SERVICE ADVISOR Smithers Toyota is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The Service Advisor is the main connection between our customers and the service team. You will help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs with technicians and parts, provide accurate estimates and updates, and ensure each visit is handled professionally from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and understand their service concerns * Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates * Communicate repair recommendations, costs and timelines * Coordinate work with technicians and the Parts Department * Obtain customer authorization before additional work is completed * Keep customers updated throughout the repair process * Review completed work and invoices with customers * Provide professional follow-up and customer service What We Are Looking For * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized with good attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, professional and team focused * Automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person * Valid driver’s license
