Job Opportunity A Smurfit Westrock Bag-in-Box (BiB) packer carries out the packaging of finished products at the end of the production line. What You Will Be Doing Follow all Quality, safety and productivity policies and procedures to ensure the products, films, glands and taps are produced according to specifications Carries out the packaging of finished products at the end of the production line. Ensure quality controls are being completed Prepares Totes, Small BIB Boxes (body and covers), evacuates finished products, supplies raw materials (Taps and Gland). Ensuring the wastages are minimum as a part of sustainability and environmental protection. Adhering to additional responsibilities put forward by reporting manager. Other duties as required Must be able to pack on both side (right and left) May be required to help the QC to carry out quality controls Complies with and enforces the rules in terms of Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, and the Environment What You Need To Succeed Must have secondary school diploma Be able to stand for entire shift and do repetitive work Be a team player Possess effective communication skills Able to understand all plant GMP, Quality and Safety rules Have a good attendance record Able to work a steady shift; Mornings 6:00am – 2:15pm OR Afternoons 2:00pm – 10:15pm This posting is for an existing job vacancy.
