Job details
The Opportunity Taylor Allen Associates, one of the top-producing residential real estate teams within Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the operational infrastructure behind a high-volume practice serving clients from first-time buyers to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This is a senior, high-accountability role for an experienced operator who takes pride in excellent work and wants to be an integral part of a growing business. You’ll work closely with the team’s lead agents, with considerable ownership of day-to-day operations and a clear path to Director as your contribution and leadership grow. What the Role Covers • Marketing: owns end-to-end marketing for every active listing - directing photographers, designers, copywriters and ad placement - ensuring each property goes to market professionally, on-brand and on schedule • CRM and referral network: manages the referral pipeline across the international Sotheby’s network, ensuring every live referral is tracked, actioned and followed through, while strengthening referral relationships • Listing coordination: owns the full listing lifecycle - paperwork, vendors, inspections and client contact — start to finish • Executive partnership: keeps priorities moving forward for the lead agents - anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment and solving problems independently • Deal volume management: confidently manages 20-30 concurrent listings and 35-55 annual closings, maintaining a consistently high standard of service • Systems & process improvement: uses technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and support growth; over time, partners with the team’s business coach to help shape the business’s next-generation operating systems What We’re Looking For • Five+ years of residential real estate operations experience; luxury or high-net-worth experience is a strong asset • Committed to an operations career - this is a dedicated leadership role, not a stepping stone to sales • Poised, professional and highly discreet with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients • A self-starter, comfortable with technology, who takes ownership and anticipates what’s needed without being asked • Looking for a role where responsibility, contribution and opportunity grow over time • Based in the Greater Toronto Area, with reliable transportation for regular site, vendor and client visits Compensation & Growth Base salary of $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance bonus of 1% of the team’s total net earnings, growing as the business grows. As you take on greater ownership and move toward the Director-level scope of the role, both base salary and bonus percentage grow with you. This is a career opportunity, not a fixed ceiling, within one of the top-producing teams in the Sotheby’s International Realty Canada network. How to Apply Please submit your résumé with a brief note, including your operations experience, the listing/transaction volume you’ve managed, and why this opportunity interests you, to smytk111@gmail.com
