About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting. The Keyholder is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and cannabis education while managing daily store operations. Key duties include operating the POS system, handling inventory, and ensuring strict compliance with cannabis regulations.

Candidates must have previous retail or hospitality experience and a valid cannabis selling certification. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs is required, along with the ability to pass a criminal record check.
