AI Platform Engineer (Director-level) — GenAI Platform | Montreal We're hiring for a global financial services firm building a firmwide AI development and evaluation platform. This is hands-on engineering, not just architecture on paper. What you'll build: Self-service tooling, SDKs, and APIs for teams to build, evaluate, and deploy GenAI applications Reusable platform components for agentic systems: orchestration, evaluation pipelines, model lifecycle workflows Container-native GenAI workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift using GitOps Integration of LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and agent frameworks across the firm What you bring: 6+ years hands-on Python (FastAPI/Flask), cloud-native platform engineering Deep Kubernetes/OpenShift experience: Helm, Kustomize, GitOps 3+ years building GenAI/LLM applications: agentic orchestration, embeddings, evaluation, fine-tuning Strong grip on microservices, async programming, and performance-oriented systems SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, vector databases at scale CI/CD, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, OAuth2, secure coding Details: Director level, FTC.
