Job summary

The analyst is responsible for developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft queries and leading project tasks. They will also conduct UAT testing and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide HRIS solutions.

Title: HRIS Analyst 06 Months Montreal, QC Client call notes: UAT testing experience. PeopleSoft Query building experience. Exp in leading a project and being accountable for the tasks of the project. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of HRIS experience Demonstrates problem-solving, trouble-shooting, software lifecycle testing, solutions-oriented mindset Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical users. Advanced MicroSoft Excel skills Experience in developing, enhancing and trouble-shooting Peoplesoft Queries Outstanding operational and organizational skills in addition to detailed oriented work Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to operate autonomously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to be well organized and to be multi-tasking Ability to work as part of a multicultural team Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be client-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training Knowledge of HR processes Knowledge of the banking industry Analytical and project management skills a plus
