In collaboration with the Operations Supervisor, you will contribute to the daily planning of shipments and order preparation using the inventory management system. You will play a key role in coordinating operations to ensure efficient departures and adherence to priorities. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a 40-hour workweek, with mandatory weekend availability. The schedule may be arranged over four days. Your day will look like this: Ensure the preparation, verification, and shipment of orders within the required timeframes. Ensure the accuracy of shipped equipment and quantities using the inventory management system. Support the Operations Supervisor with task planning and assignment based on workload, priorities, and transportation schedules. Coordinate loading docks and ensure smooth and efficient departures. Participate in the loading and unloading of trucks. Manage operational issues and quickly resolve problems related to day-to-day operations. Maintain ongoing communication with other departments within the workshop. Participate in the onboarding and training of new employees. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Perform other related duties as required.
