The HR Advisor acts as a key resource for managers and teams, focusing on daily HR management, labor relations, and occupational health and safety. They are responsible for improving HR practices, supporting recruitment, and ensuring a healthy, collaborative work environment within a manufacturing setting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations and approximately 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a non-unionized manufacturing environment. Candidates must have strong knowledge of labor standards, CNESST regulations, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
