Lieu : CHSLD New-Carlisle Établissement : CISSS de la Gaspésie Période d'affectation : Du 17 Septembre au 17 Décembre 2026 Horaire Quart : jour / soir / nuit (Rotation selon les besoins) Temps complet : 37.5 h / semaine Exigences Membre en règle de l'OIIQ CV à jour. Minimum 18 mois d'expérience en CHSLD (REQUIS). Aptitude en soins de fin de vie. Aptitude avec clientèle SCPD. Principales responsabilités Assumer la responsabilité d'un ensemble de soins infirmiers en fonction des besoins biopsychosociaux des usagers qui vous sont confiés Évaluer l'état de santé de l'usager, déterminer et assurer la réalisation du plan de soins et de traitements infirmiers Prodiguer les soins et traitements infirmiers dans le but de maintenir la santé, de la rétablir et de prévenir la maladie Planifier, dispenser et évalue l’enseignement aux usagers ainsi qu'à leurs proches Assurer le leadership clinique et la coordination des équipes de soins sur l'unité Avantages Transports (aller-retour) et hébergement entièrement pris en charge par l'agence Allocation journalière (Per diem) avantageuse pour vos dépenses quotidiennes Intéressé(e) ? What you’ll do

The Assistant Head Nurse is responsible for managing nursing care based on the biopsychosocial needs of patients and coordinating clinical teams. They also assess patient health, implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must be members in good standing of the OIIQ and possess at least 18 months of experience in a CHSLD setting. Proficiency in end-of-life care and managing patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (SCPD) is required.
