Horaire Temps complet (37.5h/semaine) Quarts : JOUR/SOIR/NUIT Exigences Minimum 1 an d'expérience requise en CHSLD. Aptitude en soins de fin de vie. Aptitude avec clientèle SCPD. Le remboursement des frais de déplacement se fera une fois par période d'assignation. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas permis dans les hébergements. Principales responsabilités Accueillir et évaluer les usagers en CHSLD, soins de vie et clientèle SCPD. Effectuer le triage selon l'Échelle canadienne. Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et prodiguer les soins requis. Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire. Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a CHSLD setting. Proficiency in end-of-life care and experience working with patients exhibiting behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (SCPD) are required.
